mindbodysoulwerx is about healing from the inside out. Real self-improvement isn’t found in a book, it’s found in your life. After reawakening my own healing gifts in midlife, I made a vow and commitment to help others find their healing. That's how my dreams created reality and mindbodysoulwerx came into existence. As such, I am guided to work ". . . for the greatest and highest good."
When I started my healing journey, the traditional and the non-traditional were miles apart in their approaches, so finding and navigating my path was difficult. Fortunately, I learned how to turn those challenges into opportunities and asked the universe to support me in my endeavors and growth.
Letting go of the past and being open to new possibilities propelled me into an entirely new thought process. Once I let go and opened up to the transformative process, I found my life heading in an entirely new direction and have experienced tremendous spiritual growth. The journey would have been more difficult without the outpourings of love and support I received along the way.
I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher (certified in both Usui and Kundalini Reiki paths), an intuitive tarot reader, massage therapist/bodyworker, workshop facilitator and creative coach with a thriving therapeutic practice. I use a variety of bodywork modalities; color therapy; crystals; subtle energy forms; intuitive counseling; Tarot; meditation; sound healing and play therapies to assist individuals in their healings. Working with and experiencing various holistic techniques has allowed me a window into a world of healing that I think is important to share -- that's why I'm doing this.
As a healer, my message is for everyone. It was quite a journey to get to this point and I want to celebrate what I've discovered and share this knowledge with you!
